Mark Victor Hansen, President

Mark Victor Hansen is one of the best known and most respected authorities in the area of human potential. For over 30 years, Mark has created change for people around the world by reshaping their vision of what’s possible. Having spoken in more than 60 countries, Mark has shared his message of opportunity and action and created powerful transformation in thousands of organizations and millions of individuals worldwide.

Known as a passionate philanthropist and humanitarian, Mark has launched the Mark Victor Hansen Foundation with a mission of promoting entrepreneurial literacy as a means to ending world poverty. Chip Collins, Vice President

Chip Collins began his professional career as a high school History and English teacher. As Mr. Collins developed a passion for business, his professional career took on a new direction with a position in technological sales with Kodak for 2 ½ years. At the age of twenty-eight, Mr. Collins began his career of thirty-eight years as a consultant working in the field of personal development and public speaking. Chip has been a personal friend, coach, and mentor of Mark Victor Hansen for over thirty years, and looks forward to serving as a board member of the Mark Victor Hansen Foundation.


Rick Frishman, Treasurer and Secretary

Rick Frishman, the founder of Planned Television Arts “PTA”, has been one of the leading book publicists in America for over 30 years. Rick continues to work with many of the top book editors, literary agents and publishers in America, including Simon and Schuster, Random House, Wiley, Harper Collins, Pocket Books, Penguin Putnam, and Hyperion Books. Some of the best-selling authors he has worked with include: Mitch Albom, Bill Moyers, Stephen King, Caroline Kennedy, Howard Stern, President Jimmy Carter, Mark Victor Hansen, Nelson DeMille, John Grisham, Hugh Downs, Henry Kissinger, Jack Canfield, Alan Deshowitz, Arnold Palmer, and Harvey Mackay. In addition to his work at "PTA" Rick has now taken on the new role as Publisher at Morgan James Publishing in New York. David Hancock founded Morgan James in 2003 and in 2007 "MJ" published over 130 books. He is the co-author of eight books, including national best-sellers GUERRILLA PUBLICITY and NETWORKING MAGIC. He recently launched the popular four-book series, AUTHOR 101ä. Rick's new book, WHERE'S YOUR WOW? (with co-author Robyn Spizman) was released by McGraw Hill in March 2008.

Bill Allen, Board of Director

An inspirational, vision-driven leader, Mr. Bill, as his friends affectionately call him, has been described as one of the greatest business minds of our time. As a natural born leader with a passion for excellence, Mr. Bill has a gift for creating breakthroughs for those he partners with. As CEO and President of seven companies, Mr. Bill is a recognized leader in his industry, dedicating his life’s work in the service of others through what he calls “hero creation”. Although he resides throughout the country, Hawaii holds a special place in his heart where he spends the majority of his time with his three kids and loving wife, Rebecca. Recipient of the Small Business Person of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, and the hospitality industry’s coveted Business of the Year awards, Mr. Bill’s premier companies are recognized for unmatched service excellence.

Roice Krueger, Board of Director

Mr. Krueger was the co-founder of Covey Leadership Center that merged with Franklin Quest to form Franklin Covey. He assisted in the development of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and other such courses and books authored by Stephen R. Covey. As vice-president of Covey Leadership Center, he established and mentored the development of the global network of licensees. Roice is the principal author of twenty-one books, including Taming the Email Tiger, Alliance Management, and The Master Habit. As an executive consultant, Mr. Krueger has presented programs in over 45 countries worldwide in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The 4 Roles of Leadership, The Organizational Effectiveness Cycle, What Matters Most, Focus, The 4 Disciplines and Crucial Conversations. Mr. Krueger also serves on the board of directors of Cayman International Financial Holdings, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund holding company. He is currently a Senior Adviser to YouPublish.com.

James Skinner, Board of Director

James Skinner was a co-founder of the Infiniti Group of companies that manage billions of dollars in client assets. He has been intimately involved with the Group’s development from its inception and has contributed to the Group’s continued growth. His experience as CEO and executive of other companies in an international setting, together with his strong command of the Japanese language have accounted for some 50% of Group sales volumes in Japan.
