The Rules:

1. The competition is open to all English-language published books. (USA and CANADA)

2. A PDF graphic of the book cover is requested upon submission. Whenever possible, a website that “houses” the book being entered into the Readers’ Choice Awards should be included with all book submissions. The PDF graphics, which will be shown on www.markvictorhansenfoundation.org, will include a link back to the website that “houses” the book entered.

3. Books may be submitted by authors and/or agents/reps/publishers, selected and submitted by the RCA committee, or select celebrity contributors only!

4. Entries will be showcased on www.markvictorhansenfoundation.org, where the public will be encouraged to vote for their favorite book and/or books. Votes will be monitored, and only one vote per individual email address per book will be allowed.

5. You may enter more than one book and/or more than one category; however, you must include a separate book entry form and the additional fee for each entry.

6. The top three books with the most votes for each category will be announced on www.markvictorhansenfoundation.org on January 1, 2011. Winners will be announced thereafter-date, please, and time TBD.

7. Check, money order or credit card payment for the required judging fee of $75 for the first entry, $50 for each additional entry must accompany submissions.

8. All entries must be received no later than 5:00pm pst on November 1, 2010. Voting will be held from September 1 through December 1, 2010.

9. RCA reserve the right to withhold entries in any category. RCA reserve the right to recategorize entries.

10. The Mark Victor Hansen Foundation is not responsible for the loss, damage or return of any books submitted to the competition. Please note that NO books are required to bs submitted for this competition.
